PARKING STILL AN ISSUE At an Albany press
conference in March, PEF Region 8 Coordinator Lou
Matrazzo opposes the parking closure decision released by
the state Office of General Services (OGS). Assemblymen
Paul Tonko and Robert Prentiss lend their support to PEF,
as OGS failed to meet Article 19 in the PS&T contract
regarding the "meet and confer" clause about
parking closure plans. The plan calls for all employees
who park at the Harriman Campus Washington Avenue lot to
be assigned to one of the three state-operated lots in
downtown Albany. Photo by Deborah A. Miles

SEFA ALL STARS PEF VP Joe Fox and Board Member
Charles McAteer congratulate members Winifred Obi and
Eleanor Prybys on their award-winning efforts for the
State Employees Federated Appeal.
