Caucus plan receptions
PEF will be there, front and center, when the
state’s 2003 legislative session hits full stride in
February.
PEF Black Caucus President Grace Lott invites you to join
the caucus at its Annual Membership Reception. This
reception coincides with the opening of the 32nd Annual
Conference of the NYS Association of Black and Puerto
Rican Legislators Inc. which runs from February 14
through 16 at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in
Albany.
“The PEF Black Caucus reception is at 7
p.m. Friday, February 14, at the Quality Inn on
Watervliet Avenue just off Everett Road and I-90 in
Albany,” says Frank Jones, caucus institutional vice

PEF will host a reception for state legislators from 4:30
to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, February 15, at LoPorto’s
