PEF, Black Caucus plan receptions
The 36th Annual Conference of the NYS Association of Black and Puerto Rican
Legislators Inc. will be held Friday, February 16, through Sunday, February 18,
at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in Albany.
PEF members are invited to attend a reception hosted by the Black Caucus of PEF
on February 16 from 8 to 11 p.m. at the Clarion Hotel, off Everett Road in

PEF will host a reception for state legislators from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Hart
Lounge at the Egg on Saturday, February 17.
