THANK YOU — PEF Division 194 Council Leader Carlos Garcia presents an award of appreciation to Alan Kowlowitz for “20 years of outstanding service” to the division, which is made up of members at the state Education Department in Albany. Division members honored Kowlowitz at a March dinner in his honor.
Kowlowitz has served Division 194 members at various times as a steward, convention delegate, and council leader.
A records management specialist at the NYS Museum, Kowlowitz has been promoted to a management position and will no longer be represented by PEF.
