BUILDING STRENGTH FROM WITHIN — PEF leaders from Regions 1-4 gather in Geneva and attend workshops on a variety of topics in early March. The 150 participants also attended workshops on the state budget, PEF division structure and standards, how to run a meeting, recruiting new members and communicating with members.
