PEF relocating New York city field services
After more than a year of discussion and planning, PEF is splitting its Region 10 and 11 field services in New York city.

PEF has opened a new field office in Brooklyn to service Region 11 — Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island. This office, which opened May 1, is at 205 Montague Street, Suite 400, Brooklyn, NY 11201. The phone number is (718) 637-2019 and the fax is (718) 637-2024. A toll-free number is not yet available, but will be published in the listing on page 2 of the July-August issue of The Communicator.

Field services for Region 10 — Manhattan and the Bronx — will remain in Manhattan, but are expected to relocate from 136 Church Street in early June to 225 Broadway, Room 1401, NY, NY 10007. The phone numbers will all remain the same as at the Church St. address: (212) 227-3132, 1-800-522-8700, and the fax at (212) 964-3571.
Once the Region 10 move is completed, the Church Street office will close.

Field staff from the New York city office is being split between the Region 10 and 11 offices.

Field representatives Carlos Arroyo, Leonard Mangano and Barry Markman, organizer Blair Burroughs and secretary Jasmin Strickland are now based at the Brooklyn office.

Field representatives Corrado Cotumaccio, Dora Kearsley, Priscilla Marco and Jane Schwarz, as well as health and safety trainer Shawn Bobb and secretary Pam Skeete will remain in Manhattan.

Field Services Director Marvin Moschel and administrative assistant Lois Thompson will work out of both locations.
Each field office will also include office space for the regional coordinator and a vice president. — Sherry Halbrook
