Black Caucus picnic Sept. 12
 The Albany Chapter of the PEF Black Caucus
will host a picnic at Albany’s scenic Corning
Preserve Friday, September 12, 2003, from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
The chapter is currently conducting a membership drive
and invites interested PEF members and retirees to attend
and bring their families and friends. If you would like
