 
FIGHT BACK THANK YOU — PEF steward Bob Hogle, right,
presents a plaque from PEF Division 301 to Joe Thomasone,
a co-worker at Hutchings Psychiatric Center and chairman
of the Steering Committee to Save Hutchings. The
presentation took place at a breakfast meeting in
Syracuse in November to thank those who helped defeat
state budget plans to close the facility.
