As the only certified candidate for PEF Region 4 coordinator, Don Kehoskie has been automatically elected to the post.

Kehoskie is from PEF Division 256 at the state Transportation Department. He fills the unexpired term of David Stallone, who resigned in August.

• Minerva Osorio — Seat 150 representing PEF members at the state Division of Parole in Manhattan and the Bronx;

• Rosemary Rossi-Williams — Seat 280 representing members at the state Office of Mental Health in PEF Regions 2 and 3 at Rochester Psychiatric Center, Rochester Children’s Services, the OMH main office, Central New York Psychiatric Center, Buffalo Psychiatric Center, and Elmira Children’s Services, Elmira Psychiatric Center;

• Nancy Sweeney — Seat 465 representing members working for state agencies with codes beginning with “20” in PEF Regions 1-7 and 13; and

• Julie O’Brien — Seat 540 representing members working for NDRI and for Lockport Hospital.

Two candidates — W. Scott Ray and Kevin Jones — were certified to fill a vacancy in Seat 235 representing members at the state Labor Department in Albany County. Special election ballots were mailed November 6, returnable to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) by December 1.

Also, triennial election balloting is being rerun for Seat 437 representing members at the state Office of Children and Family Services in the Capital District, except those working at 52 Washington Avenue in Rensselaer. The election is between Angela Batorsky and Genette Hollander. — Sherry Halbrook
