— PEF President Roger Benson honors PEF Division 240
Council Leader Harold Huges in Albany for his outstanding
community service in Brooklyn. Huges was also recognized
for his service by the state Black and Puerto Rican
Legislators Association at its annual conference weekend
in February. That award was presented by Brooklyn
Assembly Member Willian Frank Boyland.
