Print out, cut out both sides of this zero dollar, make copies, tape together, and spread the word.
"Spend" them with your real dollars when you shop at your local merchant's store.
Tell the owners that Governor Pataki has offered you a four year contract with no raises and you may not be able to continue spending as many of your real dollars here. Tell them to call the governor using the toll-free number on the Zero Dollar and say, "State workers are heroes, not zeros - they've earned better numbers!"
