PITCHING IN — PEF Vice Presidents Pat Baker, Joe Fox (who chaired the convention), and Ken Brynien kick off PEF’s campaign at the PEF Convention in September to raise funds for hurricane relief.

The delegates donated more than $800. And the PEF Executive Board voted at its November meeting to authorize a PEF contribution of $50,000 to be split equally between the relief funds of its two international affiliates — the American Federation of Teachers and the Service Employees International Union.
