PREPARING HOLIDAY CHEER — PEF Trustee Arlea Igoe wraps a box for gifts and food for the needy during the 2004 holiday season. Members of PEF and their families donated their time to maintain this 15 year-old holiday tradition. PEF members in Region 8 donated toys in lieu of an admission fee at the union's annual holiday party. The toys and food baskets were donated to the Toys for Tots program, St. Margaret's Children Center in Albany, the U.S. Marine Corps and to families of parolees who were deserving and particularly needy.  — Photo by John Epting
