EVER INQUIRING MIND — Bob Fisher has an independent mind that never ceases to explore and question the world around him.
A frequent contributor to The Communicator for many years as a PEF member, steward and delegate at the state Department of Correctional Services main offices in Albany, Fisher recently retired.
His scholarly work entitled: “The Research Productivity of Scientists
— How gender, organization culture and the problem choice process influence the productivity of scientists” — was recently published by University Press of America Inc.
The book grew out of post graduate research Fisher recently completed at Columbia University.
