Corrections: An editor’s note in the April issue should have said bills S.4178/A.1862B would give an additional month (not year) of pension service credit for each year of pension contribution in excess of 10 years by Tier 3 and 4 members.
In the March issue, the article on parole should have said merit termination of sentences allows supervised (not unsupervised) release of non-violent offenders.
And an ad in the March issue for long term disability benefits that said no medical evidence is required should have said this applies only when enrolling in the first 120 days of employment or during an open enrollment period. (See the corrected ad in this issue, page 15.)
