A GOOD START — PEF Division 301 council leader Maureen Hogle hands a check to Doug Clapper for his daughter Shanae, as council secretary Anne Smith gives a scholarship check to Bob Hogle for his daughter Katie. The other recipients of the scholarship award are Adam Licurse and Stephanie Grosso. This is the first scholarship award from Division 301. The winners were selected in a random drawing at their August membership meeting.
