Don’t hang up on New York City.

Stop the closure of the State Unemployment Insurance Telephone Call Center.

The State Department of Labor plans to close its New York City Call Center at a time when the city is still recovering from
the impact of the terrorist attacks of September 11th.

The plan would eliminate 250 jobs in Lower Manhattan — jobs of workers who are multi-lingual and understand New York City's diverse labor market.

Keep New York City on the line and stop the closure of the State Unemployment Insurance Telephone Call Center.

Call the governor at 1-877-255-9417.

Tell him relocating jobs out of the city is a bad move.
